Lost Article Information

  • Please contact the branch office at the airport(arrival), if you left your items in the plane.
  • Please note that if you lost or forgot an item on a flight and don't take it back within a month, we donate it to welfare agencies or discard it.
    (But a perishable item is discarded the day after it is found.)
  • Items such as a passport, identification, money and other valuable items may be turned over to the law enforcement offices of the airport.
